Sandrine is absolutely wonderful! Her guidance and advice is very reassuring particularly in this instance where our cushion was a unique shape. Our cushion fits perfectly, is the right depth (as advised by Sandrine) and the fabric is perfect. The only negative I have is that our cushion has a very noticeable crease right across the middle of it. Even though you had very bold ‘Do Not Bend’ stickers on the plastic cover, this was clearly ignored during transportation. I do recall reading in your literature that creases in the foam will come out eventually so I have not panicked as such. It is a lot better since it arrived but the fabric has a slight fold still. So my only negative is to do with delivery.
