Our Process
Step 1 Choose Your Fabric
Whether you fancy yourself a designer or not, we guarantee you’ll find the perfect fit from our library of over 800 fabrics.
- Visit a Cushion Factory Studio: Chat to our expert designers and see our fabrics in the flesh at any of our 4 locations
- Peruse Online: Click here to view our digital library of indoor & outdoor fabrics
Step 2 Design Your Cushions
Once we have received your chosen fabrics and measurements, it’s over to us!
We use CAD – a top-of-the-range design software – to produce your bespoke fabric-cutting-plan.
Step 3 Cutting
Your bespoke design is loaded onto our automatic cutting machine, and the fabric cut.
The automation in this step provides us with an edge over our competition and ensures efficiency for our customers.
Step 4 Sewing
Our expert seamstresses sew together each panel.
Located at our factory in Perth, Western Australia, these talented craftspeople are the best in their field.
Step 5 Foam
Your foam is measured, cut and glued by hand.
For indoor cushions, we have a high-density, comfortable furniture foam, and for outdoor cushions, we use Urecel Quick Dry Foam.
Urecel offer an unmatched, all-weather solution for Australian conditions.
Step 6 Quality Assurance Check
Every detail of your cushion is checked by our quality assurance team before dispatch.
With Steps 1 to 5 all taking place in Australia, by hand-picked experts, it’s no surprise that we offer a guarantee of our workmanship for the life of your cushions.
Step 7 Packed, Dispatched & Delivered
With one of the fastest turnaround times for custom-cushions in Australia, we guarantee your cushions to you within 10-days of order confirmation.
We deliver to most capital cities and metro areas for a flat fee of $35.
Step 8 Transformed
The final step is over to you. Enjoy your beautiful new furniture and the transformation of your space. Be it indoor or outdoor, these cushions will transport you to a destination you have been dreaming of, right in your own home.
